Paid on outcome.
Not on lead.
Keytoll is a commission marketplace for LA’s independent auto locksmiths. $15 for a confirmed lockout, $50 for a full key or fob result, $0 if nothing works — settled weekly on proof.

One job, five timestamps, one invoice line.
Every dispatch carries a small audit trail the moment you tap accept. Monday’s invoice is a clean read of those events, not a week’s worth of texts you have to dig through.
A real customer call from your phone, in your zone, with the make / model / location pinned. No upsell menu to memorize.
One tap stamps arrived_at. The audit trail starts here — it is the difference between a clean Monday invoice and a disputed one.
Lockout, key, fob — whatever the car needs. Photo of the result stays optional but accepted as proof.
Customer taps once on an SMS we send. That timestamp + photo = your receipt. Weekly ACH, Monday morning.
We pay on the result, not the run.
These are the same four numbers posted on every dispatch screen. No per-call fees, no lead-gen surprise deductions, no upsell tiers — just outcome, proof, payout.
Customer SMS one-tap
Photo proof of operation
Honest part-work, on the record
No payout — by design
Outcome-priced is a deliberate response to the $300–$400 fee-stacking LA locksmiths complain about. The point of $0 on nothing is the same as the point of $50 on a key that turns the ignition: both ends are written down, so the invoice is not an argument.
We are not Workiz, Keys Inc., or another toll on the call.
The field-service SaaS pitch is dispatch + CRM + invoice. The nationwide AI pitch is “free leads for $X per call.” We picked neither — a commission-tolling layer over a dispatcher, that stays narrow, stays LA, and pays on proof.
Leads are free. Payout is your margin.
You stop buying customers from an auction and start being paid for the work itself, which is the inversion the LA market has been begging for.
Locked out doesn’t become a key-fob upsell.
Your day is job pull, arrival tap, SMS confirm, payout. We are not training you to read a menu at someone’s curb.
Five timestamps per job, customer-confirmed.
When the invoice runs on Monday, every line is the read of an event — created, accepted, arrived, started, completed, confirmed.
Vendor classification + CalPrivacy on day one.
We are not the kind of platform the state has to chase. Independent contractor status is documented per provider, and the audit trail is regulator-readable.
LA only, until that stops being the right call.
LA has the density for outcome-priced payouts and the regulatory environment that makes a marketplace-vs-gig-platform distinction matter. We are not chasing 50 states.
Locksmiths ask these before signing on.
The same six come up in every intake call. If yours isn’t here, email keytoll@polsia.app.

We are onboarding LA locksmiths in small cohorts so the Monday-invoice flow stays honest. Two weeks of intake at a time, rolling intake between. Drop your shop a note and we will route you to the next cohort.

One Job is seeded on boot, walked Created → Assigned → In progress → Completed → Confirmed so the five-timestamp chain is visible on first load. A second row is left at customer_confirmation_status='pending' so you can exercise the one-tap confirm endpoint end-to-end.
